The rooms are remodeled recently. Everything within the rooms was upgraded. The elevator broke down during my stay so had to climb six flight of stairs to get to my room and down again. Apart from that, the staff and service was perfect. The restaurant serves average food, there aren't many restaurant in the immediate area. Overall, better than most four points that I have visited around the country. #VeggieAbroad

Stayed here for 3 nights for work meetings. It's a nice hotel that definitely seems to cater to the business traveler. GOOD: Beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows. Nice desk and plenty of workspace. Yummy breakfast buffet with both hot and cold choices. Comfortable bar area and lobby. BAD: Air conditioner in room was loud. Hallways and lobby were very (overly) warm. Not much else to complain about as I didn't have any problems while I was there. Staff was very nice. Overall a great experience and I will definitely choose to stay there again next time I'm in town.

I stayed here for 5 nights. This place is immaculate, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I laughed at my coworkers. They were give 2 queen beds in there rooms and I got the King room. Ha ha!! I Loved the shower heads, hard to explain that one. I wish every hotel I have stayed out had been like this experience. The staff was so helpful and always talked to you regardless if you needed something. Every morning it was more than good morning, they asked about what you were going to for the day, when I got back later 3 of them wanted to hear about my day. They were not acting like they were expected to do this, they seemed genuine which I liked. In the morning we ate in the Bistro which is part of the hotel. Each morning the same servers worked and knew exactly what I wanted to drink. They were the same as the rest of the hotel staff, genuine. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my like and this is definitely the best one yet.

I don't understand why housekeeping knocks on your door at 8am on a saturday morning when you're checking out that day any way. annoying. When we got to the front desk, there were two people, one on the phone and another chatting with a co-worker. Then the phone rings and she tells us it's more important to grab that rather than help us. In the meantime, someone else comes out and checks us in with no direction to where the elevators are or asking what Platinum amenity I'd like to choose. All the staff members are so non-chalant and couldn't care less. This is also an older property with old noisy air conditioners in each room and musty carpeting in the corridors. The coffee flasks were all out at 10AM but no one was around to ask for a refill.

Was here for a brunch. On the outside I expected an old hotel. On the inside it was renovated, modern, and in very good shape. I thought the service from the banquet staff was excellent and the food was good. They are on their game here. Staff was very warm and welcoming in this place... Having worked in hotels for years i pay attention to that stuff.

This is very much a business person's hotel. All the design is sleek and angular, not necessary designed for comfort and rest. The lighting in the hotel rooms felt a little dim, which is kinda depressing when you're visiting during the winter in Wisconsin when the days are short. I had a tough time working at my desk, because when I pulled it out, my chair kept bumping into the bed behind me, so maybe a little cramped as well. The beds are comfy, though. The water did not get very hot, it's almost like they turned the water heater down low, which, again, is a bummer during the Wisconsin winters. So...lukewarm showers and baths. The workout room is spacious. Room for plenty to work out. Overall, this is the best place to stay in the area, maybe 3 star experience, but, considering the nearby options, definitely a 4!

Hooray for all you can eat fish fry! The fish is a battered and fried cod and they also have baked fish. The meal comes with fries and potato pancakes, as well as a short salad bar with a mixed green salad and cole slaw. What would a fish fry be without some marbled rye and butter?! A drink is included, and did I forget to mention that they have a full bar and the surroundings are very fancy and romantic, if you you're into that sort of thing. The price is way less that I expected.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. The location was really convenient, most store's were all walking distance. I would definitely recommend eating out side of the hotel. Service and food at the bar wasn't so great.

Very nice budget hotel. You will be very pleasantly surprised. Upscale, nice rooms, lots of restaurants near by.

Not long after getting engaged, the planning began. On one January weekend, we scoped out a few of the area's local hotels and banquet facilities. Sheraton Milwaukee North was our last stop. To be honest, I wasn't sure about the hotel because of its location adjacent to TJMaxx's and the strip mall where I enjoy shopping. Lucky for me, Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North is a gem of a hotel. The banquet facilities are gorgeous. The main ballroom is spacious, bright, and ornate. The other ballroom is a decent size, but didn't meet our needs while the main ballroom was a little too big. The restaurant is swanky and cool. The guest rooms are also clean and bright as well. On our Saturday visit, the staff was very helpful and accomodating since the event planner was at a bridal show that day. Overall, it's a great hotel and a great location for weddings and meetings.

We had our wedding here and I couldnt be more pleased with ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Communication with Kristopher: Wonderful! I was planning my wedding here from Washington state. Kris was very responsive and timely, which in planning a wedding from a different state is very important! I emailed him almost daily as the last few weeks approached and he answered all my questions along with giving me suggestions on various items. He was VERY helpful and I am so pleased with him. D'Angelo(spelling??) otherwise known as D: He was the man who, on the day of my wedding, made sure everything went smoothly and he did just that and more! I made my own centerpieces that needed to be put together on the tables that morning and had 8 candles per table and there were 12 tables. Lots of candles to light and D made sure they were lit and the tables were set properly and checked in with me to make sure everything was right. He checked in with me on the times for the bar and the timing for the entrance into the ballroom and the setup for everything else. He was so so so helpful. After the ceremony I needed another chair at a different table and I found him and told him and it was done in minutes! I cant stress this enough, SO HELPFUL!! Even after everything the next morning he loaded my parent car with all of my centerpiece items after his staff had packed them all up the night before. HE LOADED MY PARENTS CAR! Serously if that isnt customer service I couldnt tell you what is. The dinner staff: We had a buffet and the staff was so great at making sure empty plates were cleared and everyone had water during dinner. They set up the tables beautifully and made sure the food at the buffet was filled and fresh. They lit all the candles on the aforementioned tables as well as blew them out at the end of the night and packed them into their original boxes. So great! THE FOOD!!! Oh the food! Planning this wedding from another state I was in town just long enough to pick the location but that was about it, I never had a taste test of their food. What could have been a disaster was anything but! The food at our buffet was so great. People were so full and so happy with how the food tasted. We had beef tips, shrimp alfredo, carved turkey and carved ham(both of which were very tasty and tender!), whipped potatoes, rigatoni with marinara, along with a green salad, fruit, pasta salad and ambrosia salad. Being that I was squeezed into my dress I only ate the beef tips and potatoes and veggies but everyone RAVED about the food! I was so thankful everything was so good having not tasted it previous. I could go on and on for DAYS about everything that was wonderful because there were absolutely no issues at all. If you want to know more just send me a message on here and I would be more than happy to talk to you!!!

I stayed at the 4 Points for my cousin's wedding and was not terribly impressed with the hotel. Our room was fine - I have no complaints there. The bed was comfy, standard bathroom. Nothing was bad but nothing really stood out. I want to start by saying both families at this wedding are heavy drinkers - I'm sure the hotel was made aware of this. They only had 2 bartenders set up for over 200 people in a tiny foyer space. Not to mention one of the bartenders was so slow and unresponsive to guests talking with him. Completely focused on his drink creations (nothing fancy there either). The service and food during the reception was awful. The salad was completely dry with old veggies. Then came the dinner - I had ordered the chicken marsala and my BF had the steak. Both were dreadful. I couldn't eat much of it. During the video slide show servers continued to clear plates!! They constantly blocked the view, made far too much noise - couldn't they wait just 10 minutes to clear the table while we enjoyed the video? Lastly the breakfast buffet in the morning was as equally bland and barely edible as the dinner had been. The eggs were directly from mass produced package - no added spice, veggies or anything. Plain eggs that tasted like plastic. Next in line were bacon and very oily hash browns. It was nice to see the fresh fruit and juices, which were my source of breakfast that morning. For $12 a person, they need to serve better food. I wouldn't have paid $5 for that selection. I come from a hospitality background... the food was unacceptable and service can definitely be improved.
